I know I just posted, but I couldn't resist taking a photo of this when I pulled it out of the oven. Too bad the photos are a little grainy, but I was shocked at how much this had puffed up and how beautiful it looked. Click here for the recipe. I used fresh spinach instead of frozen (didn't want to deal with squeezing out all that water!) and used thyme in place of the ground mustard since I don't have that spice- sounds like another trip to North Market Spices is in order! LOL, I was just in there today.
I sure hope this tastes as good as it looks.
